Hello hosts and fellow travelers!
My name is Josefina, I'm 39 years old and I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina

Since 2017 I've been having a nomadic lifestlyle travelling around Asia and Latinamerica. Since march until october 2024 I've been living in my beloved India, where I was deepening my studies on meditation and buddhist philosophy. Now, I'm enjoying my first visit to Europe, really looking forward to explore and travel to different countries.

I would describe myself as a very curious, positive and spiritual person, with the constant purpose of improving myself and to become a better and kinder person. I'm social and outgoing, but I treasure my alone time for self reflection and I love engaging in deep conversations where I can really learn about the other person.

I have a very healthy lifestyle (vegetarian, no smoke/alcohol/drugs) and I'm passionate about activities that nourish the soul and improve personal growth such as meditation, tibetan buddhism, sacred medicine, devotional music, permaculture and social work (I've been volunteering in orphanages and homeless shelters for many years) I'm also a nature lover and I always prefer to live in small, simple and peaceful towns.

Regarding my professional backgrown, I have a degree in Public & Institutional Relations and for the past 6 years I've been working fo an argentinian production company called Leaders TV, where Im in charge of producing a business TV show, planning and executing corporate events such as Seminars and Forums, and managing the advertising accounts. I'm currently working remotly for around 3 hous per day, which is great because I can combine it with other jobs or projects,

Bosses and coworkers describe me as a responsible, committed and proactive person. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and I'm a highly organized - detail oriented person. Moreover, I believe to have strong customer service skills; I'm empathetic, patient and problem solving. I love intercating with people, providing them support and making sure that they have a positive experience.

During the last years I did numerous volunterrings in hotels, were I worked as an assistant hotel manager, receptionist, event planner and waitress. I also volunteered in animal rescue centers and in plenty of social projects, mainly regarding children in vulnerable situations.

I'm really looking forward having more of these exchange experiencies, because it's an amazing way to meet new people, immerse in the culture and learn new skills. Because of my experience and strenghts, I'm keen to volunteer in hotels, events, spiritual retreats or any project that requieres customer sevice and organizational skills. I would also love to learn more about organic faming, bioconstruction and permaculture, so if you can use an extra hand in a project like this, let me know!
