I spent two years travelling around New Zealand and Australia and now I want to learn more about European cultures, experience living in community/sustainable settings and learn some new recipes.
I am interested in the journey that food needs to undertake to get on our plates, from the level of farm and natural environment to all the aspects of cooking and baking.
I have a farming background and have done multiple work exchages through HelpX so I know what it entails.
What brings me joy is spending time outside - be it a simple walk, bike trip or rock climbing and skiing. I also love movies and reading

I had nice little stay of around 8 days. Fernando and Silvia are affable and very accommodating hosts. I helped Fernando with various projects in the garden and also occasionally assisted Silvia with cooking delicious traditional dishes. The surroundings were stunningly beautiful in late spring.

Convivence and working with Jonas it's something that I raccomand. He his a calm person and is presence is always delicate.
