Hi, I’m Theresa from Germany and I’m 30 years old.
I'm in a relationship with Johannes. I studied social work in Hanover, Lower Saxony.
I would love to be a “workawayer” because it would be a new experience. I´m interested to learn the different sides from a country that you will not get to know as a tourist. Besides I like to improve my English skills.
I have already been to a couple of countries like:
- Thailand
- Australia
-Kenia
-Tanzania
-Finland/ Sweden/ Norway
-Canada
-...
But I would like to visit much more!!! :-)

I do love the nature. I really enjoy the silence in a forest. It is a place which is so powerful. Also I do love the mountains, which are so impressive. But yes, there are much more things I would like to list.
Other interests of mine are:
sport --> hiking, climbing, skiing, badminton, riding horses....
food --> I love cooking and good drinks :-)
music --> I really enjoy listening to good music (rock, heavy metal, blues, country music, 80s/90s music), I love visit concerts and festivals
animals, I love riding horses and I love dogs. We have a dog, he calls Balu.
As well, I like to meet my lovely friends.

I am an open minded and hard-wearing person, thus, I am not afraid of challenges or hard work. I would prefer to work with animals but I would do any other job as well. I am interested in meeting new people, learning something from your lifestyle and new skills.

I have already had very good experience with "work away". In 2018 I already worked for 2 months at the farm calls "Our Little Farm Horseback Riding" in Sweden. I supported the hosts with the work with the horses and dogs. Also I helped with redevelopment work at the house.


Hi, my name is Johannes and I´m 32 years old.

I was growing up in a little village in Germany and used to the farmlife and Woodwork at home. I did a 3 years apprenticeship as a mechanic in the industry and started traveling afterwards trow Ireland, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, India... (ca. two and a half years in total) in this time I did a lot of different farmwork and worked in different Organisations for disaster responsibility in Nepal after the earth quick. When I went back to Germany I decided to study social education (where I met my lovely girlfriend Theresa), worked in an orphanage and as an anti violence trainer. In between I always keep the craftwork alive and connected it with the social education. I love to create something, find solutions and get new inspiration in any kind of way.
A big Hobby of myself is my 35 years old 4x4 T3 Volkswagen Camper and to travel around with it. Of course to fix it and keep it rolling.
Another Hobby is to build something good out of wood like tables, lamps, chairs, beds and any kind of things like this.
Of course I love the nature and go for climbing, kayaking, surfing, trekking, snowboarding and similar things like this. I would really like to learn riding horses like my girlfriend already does.
