Hello,
we are Johanna and Theresa, both 19 years old. This summer we graduated from Highschool. Now we want to do a gap year, whilst we work and travel in New Zealand. During this year we want to explore the beautiful nature and get in contact with the people and the culture of New Zealand.
Our friendship dates back to our kindergarten days, where we first bonded over our shared love for adventure and creativity. We both have a passion for reading as well as cooking and baking for our friends and families. Hailing from a little village, we have always dreamed of exploring the world. Now, we are excited to embark on new adventures together, discovering diverse cultures and experiences that await us in New Zealand.
Futhermore we have a passion for meeting new people, engaging in sports, and staying socially active. We’re eager to connect with others and make new friends during our time in New Zealand.

We both love to work with animals such as dogs and horses. Theresa has a cat and a dog and Johanna used to do horseback riding.
Also we both like to cook and bake, so we would love to do that for our host.
We have good knowledge at cleaning the house and gardening and basic knowledge at crafting.
In the summer and autum holidays, we worked at a holiday care for children. During this time we had a lot of fun with the kids. Because of that we would love to work with children again.
But we would also like to learn new skills from our host.
