I’m an adventurous and outgoing Danish girl with a positive mind currently solo traveling South America. It’s my first time in South America and I’ve already fell in love - with the nature people, culture, food, weather and way of living. I’ve been traveling Brazil and Argentina so far and want to do Columbia, Ecuador, Bolivia and Ecuador as well. I love the outdoors, nature and going on hikes. I love getting to know the place I’m staying at - whether it’s through a guided tour, sightseeing, meeting up with locals, staying at Airbnbs with locals and other travelers. I’m a very cheerful, helpful and considerate person, and I try to make the best out of every situation. I’m curious by nature, love exploring new places, meeting new people and getting to know about other cultures. I quit my job back home so I could go travel without a deadline, cause I like the freedom it gives me to be independent and do what I want to do while not missing out on anything. While I’m traveling I would love to do some voluntary work. I believe it’s a good way to meet locals, get to know about other cultures, learn new things and do something meaningful. And I would also love to get to learn some Spanish along the way. I would love to stay at a place with other workawayers or with a family or people that want me to be part of their group. Anywhere where people are sociable. I would like to stay for at least a few weeks to get to know people, their way of living and hopefully also acquiring new skills.

More details about my language interests
I would love to learn some Spanish, since I’m traveling South America for probably half a year. I would also love to teach some English. I think learning new languages is the best way to get to know people and cultures.

I’ve worked within advertising, marketing and communication for +10 years. I’m very good with kids and young people and worked as a substitute teacher for a year. I’ve done a lot of voluntary work before - I worked as an ambassador for a breast cancer foundation, I’ve been doing branding, social media and communication in general for a restaurant in Copenhagen, I was a buddy welcoming exchange students at college and also worked as a tutor welcoming new students. I love reading, writing, taking photos, learning new languages, being creative in one way or another and being outdoor. I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone - I’m always eager to learn something new and acquire new skills.
