I'm currently in Chile and looking to visit some of maybe Bolivia and/or Peru in November.

Description

I'm an independent mature woman, good at self managing, looking for efficiencies and seeing things through. I'm not afraid to get dirty and work hard. I'm generally pretty personable and get along with people of all ages and from different parts of the world.

I have spent decades working in corporate sales and marketing positions and have decided to take a break from professional work to deeply experience more of the world.

I have a passion for travel. I've visited over 30 countries and love learning about history, meeting new people and experiencing culture shock. Often travelling solo, I really enjoy the opportunity to meet people of all ages and cultures.

I also have a passion for yoga and mindfulness. I'm a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, certified breathwork leader. I've also always really enjoyed creative projects, dabbling in all sorts of arts and crafts including photography, crocheting, jewelry making, painting, sewing, furniture building, mosaics, DYI, etc.

I've always been hands on in DYI, comfortable with operating power tools like a saw, drill or sander. I make a great assistant to a carpenter.

Proficient in Microsoft office, I can assist in basic computer advice and am especially skilled with working in spreadsheets and email communication.

Customer service skills, I'm personable & presentable and would be an asset interacting with customers, suppliers and other workers.

I'm a 200 hour certified hatha yoga instructor and am also certified to teach breathwork. I also have a background in martial arts with a blackbelt in Can Ryu Jiu Jitsu which is a self defence style.

I have experience assisting with renovations including painting, installing flooring, tiling, etc. And have also refurbished furniture (sanding, painting, staining, upholstering), installed my own light fixtures and maintained my own home for years.

I love to learn new skills, be productive and create new things. I look forward to learning from and executing on my host's directions.

I also like being creative and trying new things and have dabbled in all sorts of arts and crafts like silversmithing, pottery, photography, crocheting, painting, sewing, ceramics, stained glass, furniture building, etc.

I enjoy being active, participating in yoga, snowboarding, martial arts, hiking and cycling. I love visiting museums and art galleries.
