Description

Everyday moments of peace, tranquillity, community, synchronicity and spirituality are what drive me forwards these days. I desire freedom & sovereignty above all else, and so I have quit my corporate job and decided to give back in more meaningful ways.

I am a sound healer, cacao ceremony facilitator, a free spirit, an empath, an introvert, and an old soul at heart. My biggest passion lies in creating sound journey meditations, using a mixture of instruments and voice to create deep relaxation and healing.

I am here to serve and to bring light to those I interact with, and a passion of mine is to guide people who feel like the pressures of this life are too much to handle. I do this through my youtube channel - The Art of Light Love, which I started during the pandemic in 2020. My initial focus was on mental health and this slowly evolved into mindfulness & spirituality!

I love having the ability to travel this earth meeting as many beautiful souls as I can. I believe we are here to serve each other with grace and love, and to grow and evolve as a society towards a more community-based future.

I love reading, writing poetry/short stories/lyrics, teaching, singing, vlogging, spending time in nature, hiking, gardening, swimming and practising yoga/meditation. I live slowly and remain present and grateful as best as I can :)

I have completed training as a sound healer facilitator, and so am able to offer sound healing journeys/meditations for large groups, as well as 1:1 sound healing. I utilise tuning forks, the harmonica, koshi chimes, and light language to create deeply restorative spaces where deep healing can begin! In my 1:1 sessions I also use tarot/oracle cards and hands on reiki healing.

I am also trained to facilitate cacao ceremonies and voice activation workshops :)

I'm a strong lass and good with my hands, especially when it comes to building furniture, moving heavy items and gardening :)

I'm a great cook and am able to cater to a vegetarian/vegan diet (although I am a meat & fish eater, FYI). I pour love and energy into my meal creations and will always experiment with different ingredients and flavours to bring variety and deliciousness to my recipes.

I am a keen organiser (my previous day jobs were as a project manager and before that a Costa store manager) so I am able to help create/maintain project timelines, organise people's schedules, help out with admin work and evaluate risks/needs.

I have editorial skills as both a mobile film editor and proofreader/editor of written documents. I can share the video I made of my previous workaway to showcase this skill, and if you are interested in having a video made of your workaway that you can send to prospective volunteers - then I'm you're gal! I am also a great trainer/teacher of basic principles to young people due to training schedules I created as a store manager.

I have previous experience working with children, from the young ages of 3 to guiding teenagers (and adults who act like teenagers, aha!)

I'm a huge animal lover and have been pet-sitting on a UK site called borrowmydoggy.co.uk since the beginning of 2020, and so have a track record of taking care of other people's pets in my own home as well as theirs. More recently I stayed in a housesit for 2 weeks looking after 17 puppies all on my own! It was chaos but I survived!

I'm very interested in spirituality as I have just 'woken up' as it were and am floating through life trying to understand why we're all here :)

I love having conversations about everything from our life's purpose, the conservation of the earth, 5D consciousness, spiritual books, energy, polarity, synchronicity, astrology, tarot, human design, ascension, the universe - etc, all that woowoo hippy stuff ;)

In 2020 I started a youtube channel covering issues such as mental health and spirituality (which are inherently linked!). My youtube channel is called The Art of Light Love. :)
