Hello, my name is Juliana, I'm Brazilian and I'm 25 years old. I was born and have lived my entire life in São Paulo, the biggest city in Brazil and one of the biggest in the world. I graduated in Cinema and nowadays I work with advertising films and social networks. Today my greatest desire is to explore the world, meet new people, and learn new cultures. I worked as a freelancer and loved what I did, but I always felt I had to get out of my bubble and live adventures out of Brazil.

I mainly wanted to get out of my comfort zone and develop/learn skills that I already have today. I am very talkative, proactive, leadership-minded, enthusiastic, passionate, and creative. And I already did! Aside from being fluent in English now, I've had so many experiences and met so many people in this life of travel that it would be boring to put it all here. There have been 12 countries and 9 volunteers, how about we have a coffee and share some of these experiences?

I love to study and learn new things, like languages, history, politics, "geek stuff" and of course, meeting people and cultures. If you think I would be a good fit, message me!

More details about my language interests
I am Brazilian, so Portuguese is my mother tongue, and since I was a little girl I have studied English by myself and with a little help from school, with this trip I can say I'm already fluent. I could teach these two languages easily, and I have also studied a little Spanish, but I would like to practice more. Today I study French and German. Worked in an Italian restaurant, so also practicing this one.

With college I developed and learned a lot about communication, marketing, cinema, filmmaking and photography, which now is my biggest passion. Today I work in the more admin part of filmmaking, which involves dealing with data, spreadsheets, solving problems and making sure the whole production happens without errors (all at the same time!), so I developed the ability to deal with several tasks at the same time, including my personal life! Great at multitasking hahah

I have also worked with social media, both in planning and creative art production and video editing and shooting. So I have technical skills in computers, along with various creative and editing software. I work a lot with carrying lights and organizing sets, so I don't mind carrying heavy weights and doing heavy work (even though I'm skinny!)

I've been on the road for almost a year now and I've learnt so much...

I've lived on farms, in a resort, with families, in hostels, with friends, on my own... I've learned to work with wood, potato production lines, forklift trucks, looked after horses, chickens, dogs, and cats, worked in construction, cooking, cleaning, housekeeping, organizing, painting, hospitality, fruit picking, wine making, shoveling and most recently bartending, something I've loved and definitely want to learn more about!

I can easily say I am able to adapt and learn new tasks, even if it is something I am not yet familiar with. Count on me!

What else ...

I have so many hobbies and interests that I can't even say them all. Here's a short list of things I can talk about for hours long: photography, video games, RPG, volleyball, soccer, football (Cowboys fan here!), movies, series, anime, music, books, writing, spirituality, history, politics, astrology, Norse mythology. I am obviously traveling!

I would like to learn new languages and experience life outside Sao Paulo, surrounded by more nature and animals, and slow life down a bit.
