Description
I signed up for Workaway primarily to get to know the way of life in other countries. I want to get to know and understand the cultures and lifestyles of other people in foreign countries. In my opinion, the best way to do this is to work in the country itself and not just travel there. I want to learn from other people, help them and be inspired by them. My main motivation is that I believe I can learn something from every person in the world. I think that the more open you are to the world, the better you can understand people and their views. It fulfills me to make a contribution to positive coexistence and to help other people. I see every encounter and job as an opportunity and inspiration for whatever. I look forward to growing and learning in different cultures.

I would love to improve my spanish skills, to the point of speaking fluently one day! For now i can communicate on a basic level and understand almost everything, when people are talking not too fast. But i really want to speak better and improve myself! Same with Portuguese, which I started learning and want to improve.

I have already worked in a few hostels in Spain and have done many different tasks such as preparing breakfast, cleaning and many other tasks which are common in hostels. I really enjoy working in a team and love to create something together with the different skills every person brings with. I am a very open person, especially when it comes to team work and motivating others and myself to complete tasks. I am very good at connecting people and motivate them to act as a team. During my jobs in Germany, I learned above all not to get stressed and to take spontaneous decisions, that need to be made quickly, calmly. I am always focusing on the present and whats important in the actual moment.
