Description

I am Jessi, an open minded, calm, nature and animal-loving, adventurous 25 years old from Germany. Currently slow-traveling around the world exploring new cultures, cuisines, surroundings and ways of life. During my travels I realized quite quickly how important it is to me to not just rush through destinations but rather build connections, truly get to know to people and places and share about life.

I am highly passionate about food, love cooking, baking and trying various cuisines. Whenever there is an opportunity I enjoy the outdoors while hiking and camping.
I practice yoga, meditation and breathwork (non-professional personal practice) and am always happy to learn more and share about it.

In the past I volunteered for NGOs participating in tree plantings, food preparation and distribution to people in need and supporting animal shelters.

I am a passionate chef and baker (not professional).

I have experience working for NGOs in the fields of, treeplanting, food preparation and distribution and animal care.

While being on a working holiday visa in New Zealand I
- worked in the grapes harvest and in kiwi bud and fruit thinning
- worked for a family doing general household chores including gardening, cleaning, decluttering, firewood preparation and stacking, food preperation and cooking.

At the age of 16-18 I worked part-time for a photographer, taking portraits, working in the retail, did accounting which definitely awakened my passion for photography. Now I don't own professional equipment but enjoy capturing moments, people, nature and animals.

My profession is tax related. I worked in an tax office for 6 years, which taught me a lot of responsibility, self structured working, knowledge and discipline.
