Hi! My name is Jennifer but I prefer to go by Jenni. I'm 25. I love learning new things and my interests are quite varied from arts and crafts to learning how different mechanics and electronics work to sports like soccer or gymnastics (although I admittedly haven't done much of either recently). I greatly love anything creative. Wether that's drawing/painting, woodworking, metalwork or creating something digital.I might not have a great amount of experience in all of these but I like to think that I pick things up quickly. I'm also very curious, especially when it comes to languages and cultures. Personally, I think there's just so much to be learned from one another which is one of my big motivators for workaway. Right now I don't have much of a plan for my future but I have felt fairly stagnant with my current situation. So the chance to take some time for myself and go see more of the world is something I greatly look forward to. I'm not set on a specific destination yet, but I would love if it was close to the ocean as I have recently re-discovered my passion and love for it.
It might be worth to mention that I am pretty intoverted so I'm not as outwardly outgoing but I have always loved adventure and discovering new things and places. I'm very excited to see what the future will hold for me!

- experience with children from ages 1-6 from multiple internships at daycares and also did a voulunteer year at a daycare
- repair work on smaller things, building furniture (mainly assembly), helped with simpler construction things like painting walls, spackling
- helped with gardening
- worked with many different mediums when it comes to art: sketching, painting (mainly acrylics but I have tried oil paints and gouache paint), clay skulpting, woodworking and very little metalworking
- sewing for my learned job (upholstery and decorations seamstress) so I know how to sew curtains and furniture covers
- I speak German and English fluently and would love to learn more languages
