Hello, I'm Jara from Germany! I’m excited to volunteer with Workaway.
So here is a small insight of me and my life :)
I just turned 19 and graduated a few weeks ago, so I'm ready for my next adventure! I live in a village near a medium-sized city in Germany with my family, which includes my parents and two younger siblings and my Cat Wincent. We picked him up from the street in 2019.
I speak fluent German and English, and I’m learning Spanish as well. It is not so good but i would love to improve it. In my free tine i love to do sports, especially gymnastics. I’ve been involved in gymnastics for 12 years and I also teach it to younger girls. I also like yoga and running. Besides that i love to get creative wheter it's crocheting, drawing or baking. Well, baking is my favorite.
I would like to try new things trough workaway. I am ready to learn almost everything. It's the most amazing thing about traveling:)

I worked in various roles, including childcare for teenagers from around the world and jobs in hospitality. For the past years i worked as a waitress in a restaurant, so i know basic cleaning things and bartending. I also have some experience in creative work and permaculture:)
But i am open to new tasks as well.
I love helping people and getting involved in meaningful and cool projects. It makes me happy to work closely with others to bring smiles to people's faces. My intention and also my biggest goal is to get to know new cultures, new skills and of course you :)
