Description

What brings me happiness is growing plants. Seeding, caring for the seedlings, watch them grow and develop, harvest it. This cycle of life amazes me. Turning dead organic matter into live blood for the new generation a.k.a composting is so cool and beautiful. I want to learn about nature for the rest of my live. There will always be ne wonders to encounter.
Spending quality time with warmhearted people. Cooking together, eating, feeling joy. Sharing thoughts on the good, the bad and the ugly side of live.
I want to step out of the doorstep and be inside of nature. Visiting the busy city only when I feel like it. Be surroundet with all kinds of animals. Growing Trees. Start a fruit tree collection. Plant a Food forrest....

What I want to learn more about is:
Tropical permaculture, Ernst Götsch style syntropic agriculture/agroforestry, Goats, Buffalo, animal care, regenerative grazing, Cheese making, natural building, permaculture systems of all kind. Cooking, learning recipes! I love foot and am eager to try lots of (street)food.

I am a Gardener. I finished my formation in 2015. Since then I learned a lot about permaculture. Got the Permaculture Design Certificate and worked as a gardener since then. the last years in vegetable production for a Restaurant chain in Vienna. I practice permaculture in my own Garden for some years.
I am also good in general building, reapairing, finding solutions to problems. I am quite skilled in building something with what is aviable on materials. I want to learn more about natural building!
Some cooking skills are present.
I am good with animals, dont have much practice at the moment though. I re-fenced some sheep recently. That was fun and all sheep endet up inside the fence eventually. Luring them with foot is the trick :)
