I'm a 70 year old man who loves to help and still has the ability to do it. I was born and raised in the Asturian countryside (north of Spain), in a small farm, then became a naval officer. I spent half my life travelling and working in many different countries, mostly in South America. I have 3 grown up kids, 2 grandkids and a partner who sometimes comes along on my trips. I'm retired but restless, still working and volunteering around the world. I'm in good health and I'm a bit of a handyman, I can work on anything.
Travelling, discovering, meeting people, sharing... living!
I know that for all hosts being old is a bit of a handicap, but not for me. In my case I consider it an advantage (I'm wiser and more experienced).

Soy un hombre de 70 con ganas de ayudar y capacidad para hacerlo. Nací en el campo asturiano, me hice marino, y pasé media vida viajando y trabajando por medio mundo, especialmente Sudamérica. Tengo 3 hijos adultos, 2 nietos y Estoy jubilado pero soy incansable, aún viajo y hago voluntariados por el mundo. Tengo buena salud, soy habilidoso en cualquier oficio.
Viajar, conocer, interactuar, compartir.... vivir!
Sé que para cualquier host la edad avanzada supone un handicap, pero en mi caso es un plus. Debo decirlo, aunque no me gusta.

I'm easy going and flexible. I like to cook every once in a while. I love music though I don't play any instrument. Travelling and making new friends is by far what I enjoy the most.

Soy flexible y me adapto. Me gusta concinar de vez en cuando. Me encanta la música, aunque no toque ningún instrumento. Viajar y hacer nuevas amistades es lo que mas deseo.
