Helloo, my name is Irmela and I'm 20 years old and graduated last year.
Came back home from backpacking and volunteering in Italy, on Bali and Thailand last year.

I'm a flexible, happy and open minded person 🌞
& love being active and doing sports, skiing or just being outdoors, and explore.
I really enjoy cooking, reading and being creative in general :)
Being social and volunteering in my free time is also one of my hobbies, since I’m active in our “youth” group ( which includes spending time with kids, play with them etc.) for about 9 years.

But what really brought me to “workaway” is the wish to travel the word and get to know new people and cultures ✨ maybe we'll be a part of each others journey :)

- I‘m very musical, I sang in a choir and played the flute and the viola in an orchestra
- I volunteered on Bali and in Thailand with (wild) animals
- gastronomical work
- in my free time I volunteer and do social work with kids in my hometown
- I love doing sports! Whether it’s going to the gym, on a hike or skiing :)
- Since I grew up having a dog, I really love animals ( I used to take riding lessons in primary school)
- I have quite a knowledge about nutrition and love to cook!
- Also; I can mix a few cocktails since I’m working in an Café/Restaurant and have a lot of practice in serving clients, aswell as barista skills :D
- part of my family is from Canada, so english is no problem for me
- in my free time I also enjoy reading and writing ( feel free to ask me for recommendations haha )
