Good morning, dear siblings! Self improvement isn't easy but it makes my life more valuable, slowly but constantly. Rainbow connection;) (it's not about LGBT;) I practice contact improvisation, breathing techniques, different meditations, little bit Qigong and other spiritual and physical exercises. I want to practice systematically cold exposure training. Dancing, jamming, hiking and meeting true people are my passions.
