Hello, my name is Hilde, 33 years old, from the Netherlands.

Beginning of this januar, I’m traveling around south Spain/Portugal, to see some more of the world, and gain new experiences. Part of this journey is also want to find out about a more sustainable and nature related lifestyles.

Two years ago I was living in the city and working a job in art education, but I found myself sometimes getting frustrated with this 'work' life. That's why I decided to cancel my city residence and move into my small garden house for the summer, and spend more time working in the garden and swimming. In the Dutch winter months, I am looking for an alternative to live somewhere else.

I would describe myself as an open minded, creative and caring person. I like spending my free time with friends, in nature, swimming and hiking, as well as working in my little garden... Trying to build my own vegetable garden and learning about gardening step by step. Cooking is also an interest, learning about healthy eating.

I am a responsible person, who likes to help other people and tries to learn something from every situation. Although I like socializing with people, I am also rather introverted, and sometimes need some time to be alone and recharge my battery.

I have work experience from different jobs I have held thoughout my life. Last winter I went to Portugal and did some workaway over there. (second photo shown in profile is in the garden from last year Workaway)

Now looking for a new experience, and I hope to get to know you all soon!
