I have a TEFL certificate which allows me to teach English for pay in a foreign country. Right. Now right I am more interested in volunteering my teaching skills than for pay as I would like to see the world and not stay 12 months in one location (looking for 1 to 6 month volunteering positions)

I recently graduated University of California, Santa Barbara with a double major: Philosophy and Religion . I then traveled to Prague to get my certificate to teach English in a foreign country. In that vein, I have volunteered in Ecuador and the United States teaching English to underprivileged children. I have also worked in three hostel settings, all in Europe. I have worked the front desk, customer service, cooking and cleaning, party planner and tour guide. My special skill is that I bring good vibes and grow with the flow but don’t mind working hard while meeting new people and experiencing new cultures!

What else ...

I love all board games, especially Monopoly. I like all card games especially poker. I love all music and music genres although I have yet to learn an instrument. I love to scuba dive, walk along the beach, hike or just about any outdoor activity. I also like to be social and lead group activities or just join in group activities. I have some bartending skills but would love to learn more. I also am relatively strong and not afraid of hard work (willing to learn how to build, farm, etc). I am a decent cook but would love to learn more. I am very patient and love all children and children seem to really like me as well.
