Description
My name is Greta, I am 27 years old and excited to explore different cultures through workaway. Traveling has always been important to me, but I enjoy it most when I have time to really get to know a different country and its people. I am passionate about nature, outdoor activities and learning about different ways of living and trying new things. I love playing guitar and singing (though am not too good at it), vegetarian/vegan cooking, going on hikes and bike trips and spending time on and in the ocean (learning to surf, free diving, swimming..)

Namibia, Australia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Portugal so far have been places where I had the chance to get insights into the countries daily life (exchange program, work and volunteering). I hope there are some more to come...All in all I am an easy-going, tolerant and independent person searching for like-minded people and a good environment to live life in the best way.

I am currently studying the subject future studies and am always happy to have discussions about ways to rethink and shape our future as well as sharing what I learned on my travels!
I love hiking, swimming, bike riding, taking photos, horse riding, yoga and most things that help connecting with nature. I'd also consider myself a good (though unconventional) cook. As I've always had a good connection to children and helped them with homework or preparing for exams.

Staying with Carlos has been an a great and enriching experience for me. He is a very kind and happy human soul and we had a lot of interesting discussions during my time in Rio Seco. Also he's a very active person always happy to introduce you to the portuguese language, algarvian lifestyle, food and the beautiful landscape.
