Hello everyone!! Im Giulia from italy and im 32 yo.. i lived and worked as a pastry chef in London in the last 5 years.. In my free time i love to go climbing, hiking, do some yoga and meditation and also some easy walks, if is a bad weather i watch movies or documentaries.. i like to try new vegetables, fruit and herbs so maybe i can use them to create some new combination of flavors for my desserts..
Im an outdoor person, vegetarian and im in love with everything related to nature, im very sociable and respectful, i like to spend time chatting with people but i also like to take time for myself.. im looking for new experiences that allows me to connect with new places, new people, makes me feel helpful for the community and finally breathe some nice and fresh air after so long time in a big city as London!! Can't wait!!

Before to be a pastry chef while i was studying i start working as a waitress in a restaurant/pizzeria in the weekends, after I finished the school i was employee in retail, then after i found a job in a little bar as a barista, but because i like new challenges and there was a vacancy i start to make artisan ice cream from scratch. Im a tough worker, i never say no if someone need help!

I start to be very interested in herbalism and everything that is connected with plant and farm life!
I d love to learn more about local herbs, how to harvest them in the right moment and how to use them! Same with local products!!
