Hi!
My name is Gergely Korcsok from Hungary. I'm 27 years old, I have a degree in history, but I work as a gardener for four years now in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. I love plants and being in nature, that's why I work as a gardener. I'm really interested in sustainable agricultural methods and self sufficent farmin, I'd like to have my own farm someday. I want to try workaway so I can experience how people are doing those things around the world and get to know these kind of people. During my career as a gardener I had the pleasure to learn a lot of thing about plants, irrigation systems, handyman skills such as building raised garden beds, building various structures out of wood, building sidewalks and really anything you can imagine that can come up during a building of a garden. Although I love my job, I really want to have new experiences, especially in farming, and travel aroung the world, kind of start a new chapter of my life. I hope someday you will be my host for that :)

I'm a gardener for more than four years now, so I know my way aroung plants. I'm good at pruning fruit trees, trimming hedges, I can plan, build and do maintenance on irrigation systems, I can build various struntures out of wood, like porches and raised garden beds, I work well with concrete also. When I was growing up my I used to spend my summers at my grandfather's place who used to have lot of grapes and other fruit bushes and trees, a lot of animals, like chicken and pigs and also a lot of dogs, so I also know my way aroung animals. I also have a degree in history so I can give history lessons anytime :)
