Description
I'm Georgina, 26, and i'm travelling around Australia / New Zealand for 4 months Sept- Dec 2024. I will most likely be starting in Perth. I am looking to get involved with anything that will broaden my horizons and connect with people and nature. I love anything to do with the natural world, walking, animals, cooking, gardening etc. I have always been a very environmentally conscious person but i know my knowledge can be limited so i'm seeking experiences that will increase my awareness in these areas. I’ve lived in both France and the french community of Belgium so always welcome the opportunity to practice French. I would consider myself very chatty, hardworking and reliable so welcome opportunities to push myself with new experiences. I will be starting a midwifery degree upon my return to the UK.

From September 2020 i am working in a school in La Louviere. In 2018 I spent the summer working on a campsite in France where I worked on the reception and the bar and helped customers with various issues. I also helped walk their dogs and babysat their kids and with minor handiwork. I have volunteered in hostels in Central America. I have completed workaways in Belgium and Australia.
I have been a keen cook and gardener all my life and have experience with clearing and weeding gardens that have been abandoned. I have helped my grandparents with their allotments, regularly mowed their lawns and painted and redecorating various walls. I helped my local church de-weed their graveyard. I have babysat and looked after many friends and families children from the age of 14.
