Hello everyone! My name is Galya, I’m 27 years old. I’m a photographer and recently moved to London with a talent visa.

Volunteering has played a big part in my life, as it allowed me to experience many different cultures and connect with them on a deeper level than a typical tourist would. I have volunteered a lot in hostels, families, and schools! These have always been the best experiences. Now, I want to try working on a farm. Before moving to the United Kingdom, I happened to read the book Cowbook, which sparked my interest in farm life. I’m really eager to experience what it’s like in this country and create a small photo report. I already have some experience in this area and I’m ready for any tough and dirty physical work (if needed hehe)!

I am fluent in English and Russian, and I’m learning French and Swahili, with some basic speaking skills.
