More details about your skills
I am outgoing, approachable and suited to any job where communication, organisation and a friendly smile are important. Self-motivated and energetic with experience in several roles in a caring capacity and managerial roles, as well as in hospitality involving food preparation, cleaning and customer service.
My Previous Work Experience:
WAITRESS: I currently work as a waitress at a local restaurant/event space. I enjoy working with a small team in a lovely space and have the responsibilities that you would expect to come with this position: taking orders, carrying plates and drinks, handling payment and making sure that customers have a great time.
CLEANER: Last Winter, I volunteered at a local homeless shelter, which gives people a warm place to sleep when temperatures are dangerously low. I had cleaning responsibilities for the entire venue, including the kitchen, bathrooms, communal spaces, and sleeping spaces. These tasks had to be completed within a time limit every day before the venue opened as a cafe during the day.
ART TEACHER: I've been working for a local kids' art club for more than six years, mostly over the holidays during summer camps and started by assisting, tidying and looking after the children. As I've got older and gained experience, I've been able to train in a teaching role and now have the responsibility of running an entire day at the holiday camps. This means I am in charge of up to 60 children and a team of 5 other adults on a given day. I also currently teach smaller term-time after-school clubs three days a week.
BARTENDER: Over the last few Summers I've been very lucky to work with a London Hospitality Agency and have mostly worked on bars at festivals and concerts. I take orders, prepare drinks and handle payment in very fast-paced environments. I enjoy the buzz of busy shifts and being around people having an amazing time.
CHILDCARE: I spent two years working as a Wrap-Around Care Assistant at a breakfast and after-school club at a local school. I had responsibilities such as preparing breakfast and snacks for up to 30 children, making sure that they were happy and occupied and getting them to classes or home safely. In preparation for this I undertook several certified Child Protection courses.
COACH & REFEREE: I have been fencing since the age of about 14, and during my time in the sport, I earned coaching and refereeing qualifications. I refereed regional competitions and university matches and contributed to managing my local fencing club, leading training sessions with athletes ages 4-16.
ANALYST: I have just graduated with a degree in mathematics and statistics. During my time at university, I was the performance analyst for the university fencing club, which meant that I collected, interpreted and presented data obtained from fencing matches to help my teammates improving their performance across 6 different teams within the club.
Instead of a dissertation, I did and Internship Project in which I collaborated with a flood risk management company to work towards their research aims, writing a report and presenting on temporal changes in temporal cyclones in Bangladesh.
These two roles allowed me to expand and enrich my theoretical statistics knowledge and apply it to different contexts.
SUSTAINABILITY AMBASSADOR: I travelled to the United Nations in Geneva to attend a youth conference a few years ago. I sat amongst and introduced speakers of the conference,
which helped me to develop public speaking skills, network and to have the opportunity to be part of something bigger that's working to change the world for the better.
I am also trained in normal and pediatric First Aid and have completed a Essential Cookery Course in London.Age

What else ...
I consider myself a pretty athletic person and won't shy away from physical tasks. I was a competitive athlete at university and represented my university as the fencing team captain for two years.
I have lots of experience with children and have up-to-date Enhanced DBS certification. My experience covers teaching and coaching roles as well as babysitting and before/after-school care.
I believe that I am well suited to roles in hospitality as I am polite and organised. At home, I am currently working as a waitress at a high-end local restaurant.
It would also be great to flex some of my creative muscles! I have always enjoyed art and currently teach art in schools, but I would also be excited to learn more DIY skills. I'm a self-taught sewer and know how to do a decent amount of household maintenance tasks, and I am a meticulous cleaner. Some more information
