Hi, I‘m Fredi, a 20 years old girl who loves spending time in nature, going to poetry slams and spending calm, connecting evenings with people close to my heart.

After taking a gap year to gain different experiences before studying, I moved to Freiburg, a town in the South of Germany, and started studying here. However, I miss gaining experiences outside of uni life and would therefore love to do another workaway during the semester break.
I already did two workaway stays on little farms and really enjoyed that!
I’m studying geography and really love learning about nature, the human effects on nature and social relations.
I really enjoy being closer to nature (I’m originally from Hamburg) and doing art.
During the last years, I’ve realised how much other people and their views on life inspire me which is why I’d love to get to know how other people live their life and which values they hold. Speaking different languages and getting to know other cultures is really meaningful to me.

Sustainability and the wellbeing of animals are two subjects close to my heart - I’d love to connect through that.

I love to learn languages - I speak German, English, French and a little bit of Spanish. I’m open to helping others e.g. with their german but also learn new or improve languages.

I have some experience in gardening from my personal interest and my Workaway stays, but I am looking forward to learning more!
I also love to learn and do have knowledge on sustainability practices - which I focus on privately but also in my studies.
I have some skills in doing pottery, crocheting and sewing and would love to explore more artsy skills.

I’m a curious person and am eager to learn so I really am open to you teaching me and then being able to do those things on my own.
