Hi everyone!
I’m Franzi and I’m really looking forward to meet you all. I’m from Germany, and over the last few years, I’ve developed a strong interest in exploring new cultures and learning new languages. Workaway is the perfect opportunity for me to travel and also make a positive impact by helping out in local communities.
What I find most rewarding is the chance to meet new people, share experiences, and work together on different projects. I’m open to a variety of tasks and love learning new skills—whether it’s gardening, building, cooking, or taking care of animals. I especially enjoy being outdoors and working with my hands.
In my free time, I like to be creative—I enjoy drawing, making music, or cooking. I’m also quite active and love trying out new sports and activities. Through Workaway, I hope to not only gain new skills but also make meaningful connections and immerse myself in the local culture.

I recently completed my studies in German-French intercultural management, which has deepened my interest for languages and cultures. I’m enthusiastic about continuing to expand and share my knowledge in these areas and enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to my academic experience, I have hands-on skills from helping in my grandmother’s large garden, where I gained a basic understanding of gardening and developed a strong work ethic ;) I also love working on creative projects— my latest passion is pottery. I am also interested in woodworking and building and would love to gain more experience in this field.
I am excited to bring my enthusiasm for languages, culture, and hands-on work to any hosting opportunity. My adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn make me a good fit for a variety of environments. ☀️
