I am particularly interested in learning more practical skills and ecological understanding in diverse natural settings - though I also enjoy getting lost in the cultural life of big cities.

Description

I'm sociable and adaptable, always happiest when learning new things and getting to know new countries and cultures. Work-wise I've done all sorts: barman, barista, chef, classroom assistant, guitar teacher, hostel receptionist, sound engineer etc. I've done a few different volunteer projects, both rural (agriculture, renovation) and urban (hostels). I love meeting people from all over the world and getting a feel for different languages and cultures. Besides this, my main passion music, mainly playing the guitar but also dabbling in pretty much any instruments I can get my hands on.

At present I'm fumbling round for the next thing to keep me busy for a few years.

I love learning other languages, and have spent a couple years working as a language assistant in a school in Spain so I'm used to helping others with their English. I'd love the chance to improve my French or get a start in Italian and Portuguese.
