I live in the Alps in France (near the Swiss border). I spend a lot of time in the nature and especially in the mountains. I love taking my dog with me who loves being outside to exercise.

I've been travelling in Ireland since the beginning of January 2024 for several months. My main objective is to strongly improve my English. As I really love travelling and discover new culture, I am very curious to discover the Irish one.
I am also very attracted by this country because of its beautiful landscape. That is the reason why I chose to go to Ireland and use workaway to be in total immersion.
I came by ferry, therefore I have my own car. Indeed I want to tour the country and take advantage of my free time to discover the surroundings.
I am travelling with my dog (Australian sheperd, now 4 years old). This is why I will need your agreement to also welcome my dog in your home. I am an animal lover (dogs, horses, sheeps, goats, cows, donkeys...) but I don't like reptiles so if you have any as pets I won't be able to come, thank you.

Details concerning my dog (who is very friendly): I spent 3 weeks in a rescue in January and it went very well with my dog. Every morning I worked for 4 hours (and 1 hour in the evening) and left it in my room. He's used to being left alone for a few hours. The most important thing is that I can take it out 2 or 3 times a day to spend it in my free time. The rest of the time he can stay in the bedroom. As long as he has his own space, one room is enough and that way he doesn't disturb or dirty the rest of the house/place and stay calm.
