Hello! We are Erika (24years old)and Kazutoshi(21years old), a couple from Japan. We were doing working trip in Japan and working at a resort hotel for a few years.
We are excited about the opportunity to contribute to your project and learn from the experience.
We both bring unique skills and are eager to work together as a team. we have experience in customer service within the food & Beverage, as well as hospitality industries.
Erika loves interacting with foreign people, singing, cooking, playing ukulele, and knitting. Kazutoshi enjoys workout, playing basketball,playing the guitar, and playing with kids

I, Erika majored in International Communication at university, where I studied methods of second language acquisition. During my time there, I took part in a project teaching Japanese people how to study English as part of a business initiative. After graduation, as I enjoys speaking with people from other countries, I continued participating in volunteer activities organized by foreigners within Japan.
Kazutoshi, he hasn’t studied anything particularly specialized, but as a temporary staff member, he has gained experience in customer service at various places over short periods of time. He also regularly helps take care of his nephew, assists his grandmother with her daily needs, and frequently helps his father with his cleaning business, demonstrating quick adaptability in various situations. Additionally, as he enjoys talking to people, he has strong communication skills and can interact smoothly with anyone, including children.
