Have been an entrepreneur since quite young, had my first (official) business at the age of 18, created a few more since then until this day where I found and run a Cooking School that emphasizes the social aspect of eating and drinking (so, fun cooking classes).
Work is definitely one of my passions but I live by the idea that one must do what it loves but work isn't everything there is, we have to enjoy life as well.
As a chef I've worked, own and directed many restaurants, having several workers under my supervision, dealing with staff, costumers and providers in my daily basis. Also being a business owner in several occasions I've learned how to deal with the improvisations that life demands in any posible scenarios.
I am a natural leader and a great team player.
Besides Culinary school I also studied Graphic design, I don't design anymore yet I have a creative and critical eye when it comes to it.
Costumer service is one of my fortes as well.
