Hi! I am a Federica, I am from Rome and I live in Rotterdam.

I am a biologist and a creative soul. I love art and design, hiking, the outdoors. I am adventurous by nature, sometimes I live in my van (which I built myself) and I love connecting to people and community living.

I am a very easy going person and I consider myself a good listener. I am a hard worker and very precise, but I also love to enjoy life and take life slow.

I like to help in sustainable projects, building, outdoor activities,yoga and spirituality, hospitality, pet sitting, but also more general tasks.

Currently, I am truing to learn dutch; Hindi practice is always welcome (I have had the occasion to learn a bit of it during a trip to india). I speak fluently English and Spanish, whereas Italian is my mother toungue, but I prefer learning languages than teaching them

I consider myself a good Italian cook (my family would kill me otherwise) and I enjoy doing that.
I have quite some woodwork expertise from my Van build out.
I am training to become a yoga teacher, and I regularly organise meditation and theater workshops. I am good with social media management and have working experience in hospitality (batista, waiter, batender). I also have orchard work experience (grape harvest).

In general I am a really hard worker and I am a fast learner, so I can easily adapt to whatever task you are able to explain, show or teach :)

I stayed with Stefanie and her welcoming family for 5 days. She was very flexible in accommodating my plans and giving me some work to do. Her garden will always need some helping hands! I spent 10 days with Ghassab and Nura in a house next to the village. The place is beautiful and really in a good position to explore other surroundings.
