Description
Hi, I'm Emma, 20 years old, and I'm going to visit Australia in early September. I hope to stay in Australia for about a year. To finance my stay, I've worked a lot while going to school. Now that I have finished school, I'm looking for new adventures. Since I'm a really open-minded and outgoing person, I believe that I can easily adapt to a new environment and connect with people very quickly.

More details about your skills
Since I've just finished school, I can hardly talk about working skills or experience that I do perfectly. However, in contrast to others, I have a strong will to learn new things and work on new skills. For example, I liked working in our large garden, cutting bushes, mowing the grass, and helping my father with other small tasks. I'm very interested in working with wood in any form, but I haven't had much experience besides building smaller things. Additionally, I'm not bothered by helping with household chores. I learned early how to do my laundry and clean the house on a daily basis.

What else ...
I would like to tell a little story of mine that proves my strong and loving will: Since I was a little child, I wished for a puppy as many other children do. My parents always said no, with the exception that if I could collect enough money to finance a dog myself and promise to care for him, they would agree. So what did I do? I asked a few neighbors and friends if I could walk their dogs on a daily basis to earn some money. This was smart because I showed my parents for nearly a year that I could care for different dogs long-term while raising money for my own. I collected a good amount of money and bought my dog at the age of sixteen. As usual, my father is now the best friend of my dog and even more excited than I am to see him every day after work. I still care about my dog as if it were day one and walk about two hours per day with him through our hometown.
