Elspeth has a passion for working with children, especially in the early years and has worked in numerous areas within the childcare industry in the last 19 years. Some of these areas include:
- Nannying
- Teaching dance and drama
- Being a swimming instructor
- A deputy head teacher

Feargal enjoys working with different people and sectors. In the past, he has worked on various different types of farms, including chicken, beef and grain farms. Duties included manual labour, feeding of animals and driving machinery.
Feargal is a very active person who enjoys all sports. He has played and helped organise many local sporting events in his local village back home.
