When I was younger, I've never thought about living outside my Country (Italy), but life is amazing, and I ended up living for few years in Maine (USA). Going out of my comfort zone really helped me find my true self. I discover that I love living abroad and learning about other cultures and languages.

I love outdoor activities like ice-skating, skiing, swimming, and I'm always looking for new experiences. I love being helpful and I truly believe in kindness and caring as a way to change the world.

I'm an Italian clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. These last years, I've been working online with Italian clients from all over the world. I know a lot of body techniques and imagery techniques to manage emotions and stress.

While I was studying in Italy, I did many different jobs such as sales assistant, cleaner for a hairdresser shop, junior insurance consultant, tutor for high school students and masseuse.
I also had a brief experience in the Osho Circle School in San Marino as a volunteer worker, providing cleaning and laundry duties and learning meditation techniques. For one year I volunteered creating contents and managing the Facebook profile of a Holistic Center.

More recently, I worked for two years in Maine as a care assistant for Visiting Angels (self-care, cleaning, cooking, errands) and one year and a half teaching Italian at the University of Maine.
Now, I'm attending the Master Gardener Volunteer Program at the University of Maine that will allow me to learn more about gardening, food preserving and sustainability.

I speak fluently Italian and English. I've studied French in high school so I would have a really basic skill in it.
I played the piano for a while, and I have a basic knowledge of how to play the drum set (which I love).
I love outdoor activities, so I know how to ice-skate, ski, swim (this is my element), bike, horse ride. I love animals so I've been dog sitting and cat sitting for a while now.
I've attended a couple of latin-american dance courses learning the basics of a lot of them.
I know how to use the main social networks and how to use Microsoft Office Package. Also, I have an operative knowledge of SurveyMonkey.
