Description
Hello everyone!
My name is Ehud, I live in Israel and was born and raised in Tel Aviv.
I'm a very curious and open minded person, and love learning about other cultures, beliefs and ways of life.
I find wild and remote places fascinating- I like doing things that most people wouldn't think about, learn stuff that are not required where I come from, and being in places that I simply can't explain to others.
I like sports and being outdoors, I really like music- I play bass and guitar, and love to talk about music and getting to know things I haven't heard yet.
I'm also interested in geography, politics, history, physics and love reading books.
I started travelling in September and so far had amazing experiences with workaway and learned a lot about myself and the world.
Always fun to know good people with good intentions :)Interests

I have pretty good technical skills- I worked as a glazier, and I served as a tank commander in IDF mandatory service, so I know how to work with most tools and love it as well.
I also worked at a dates and mango plantation.
I stayed in a few farms in my travels work well with animals and with a lot of construction jobs, nothing professional though.
Basically, I love to work outdoors, am quick learn and not afraid to get my hands dirty and to break some sweat. Most importantly- I'm interested to learn pretty much everything. Try me ;)
I'm very passionate about music and would love to teach someone to play guitar/bass and might be of help in other instruments as well.Age

Ehud stayed with us for almost 2 months. He is a polite and respectful person, very easy to get along with. The tasks we had for him had big variations, from potato sorting to detailed construction work, and it seemed like he took any challenge with interest and effort.
We give him our warmest… read more
The farm is located about half an hour from Mo I rana in a beautiful valley, where every direction you look is like a picture from a national geographic magazine.
On my first three weeks I was sorting potatoes with two other volunteers, and the last four another volunteer and I worked mostly on… read more
The surrounding area in may and june is incredible and there are excellent bike trails all over the area.
Frank is a very generous and kind host, is very supportive and his friendly and funny attitude makes it fun to be around him.
I had a great time :)
We gardened, renovated the basement to a painting room and I got to just get to know this warm and funny family.
The work was not hard and with a chill vibe, and there was way more play time than work time.
The kids don't know English but it's wholly unnecessary as you… read more
It was really nice to have Ehud in the family as we experienced him as a calm and very interested guy in so many topics. We could calmly hang around and have a good talk. He was really open to share things he is interested in, and was also curious in our experiences of our daily… read more

They were super friendly and kind from the first moment, and I felt at home after barely a minute.
They are both very funny and interesting people, and it feels like they're really interested to hear about everything I had to say-… read more
We picked up Ehud at the nearest town, and the talk began instantly.
He is a very bright, enlightened and well informed young man, with an open mindset towards our culture and way of life.
There were no boundaries about topics - and beside of that it was also a hardworking… read more
It was cold and dark (especially for someone from Israel...) in the very beautiful Kenai peninsula but their hospitality is so warm that it definitely makes up for it.
You get to live in an amazing place and hear stories about Greg and Kathy's… read more
