Description
My name is Dorothee, I'm 19 years old, and I live on a farm. Although we have lots of animals there, my focus was more on the household. My parents taught me how to maintain and organize the house, while my brothers looked after the animals and farm chores. Therefore, I didn't really have any direct experience with animals. It was only through a friend who worked a lot with animals that I learned how to properly handle and care for them. My stay at a horse farm in Ireland, where I worked intensively with horses and other animals for three weeks, was particularly formative. Nature and being close to animals have always fascinated me, and I want to further develop my passion—especially in Sweden, where I want to experience the unique landscape and culture. I'm ambitious, open to new things, and always ready to learn. I'm currently traveling in my bus to get to know Sweden better and further strengthen my connection to nature and animals.

My hobbies include making music, and I’m an active member of a music club. I also enjoy going for walks and spending time with my friends. At the moment, I’m traveling in my van, which gives me the freedom to fully enjoy nature and discover new, inspiring places.

It was a very nice time!
I worked in a very beautyful place. I was there and helped Marie for the horses. I worked with an other German Workawayer and it was very funny. We fed the horses, cleaned the boxes and fields and did other things. We got the best Lunch and Dinner because Marie cooked very good, I miss her dishes!… read more
