Description
Hi! My name is Dennise, I’m from Quito, Ecuador currently living in Nantes, France, and I’m excited to start my Workaway journey. I consider myself fun, intelligent, dynamic and versatile — I adapt easily, I enjoy learning new things and I love connecting with people from different cultures.
I recently became the godmother of my first godchild, whom I adore with all my heart, and spending time with him made me realize how much I enjoy taking care of children. I am naturally caring, patient and loving. I also have experience in housekeeping: for 8 months I was responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of an Airbnb, so I am very comfortable with organization, cleanliness and taking care of a home.
I am a native Spanish speaker, my English is very good, and I’m extremely motivated to learn French. One of the reasons I’m doing Workaway is to travel, explore new cultures, learn languages, enjoy nature and, of course, discover the beauty of the French Alps.
I’m very responsible, warm-hearted and reliable. I enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, being surrounded by nature, and spending time with animals — I absolutely love them. I even have a dog back home in Ecuador named Jack, although I usually call him “Gordo” or “Mi Amor”; he’s waiting for me there.
I’m available from January until last week of February, and I would be very happy to help as an au pair, in housekeeping, or in any other task where I can be useful.
Looking forward to meeting wonderful hosts and sharing meaningful experiences! 🌍💚✨
