Greetings,
I am Deisy Alonso, a 25-year-old Colombian woman with a profound passion for learning and personal growth. I am excited to immerse myself in Kundalini Yoga, sound baths, Ayurveda, meditation, and spirituality in the vibrant country of India.
My journey has been enriched by diverse experiences. I have traveled solo and taught various subjects, including Spanish, English, Art, Photography, Gardening, and Handcrafts. My teaching journey began as an Au Pair in the USA, where I lived with a white American family for three months and an Indian family for two years, gaining valuable cultural insights.
In addition to teaching, I have skills in coaching soccer and music, and I am eager to expand my understanding of holistic practices. My main goal is to learn deeply about Kundalini Yoga, sound healing, and Indian culture. I am enthusiastic about exploring India’s rich traditions, savoring its unique cuisine, and immersing myself in its spiritual practices.

I am Bilingual advanced in Spanish and English ; I love to teach to kids my skills, also I love art, photography and cinema. I worked as a nurse for 5 years in my birth country which is Colombia. I moved to the US to teach Spanish, to improve my English with a Cultural Exchange program called Au pair, achieving my 2 years in the program I finished my contract in March 2023.

My biggest dream is to inmerse myself into Yoga, attend yoga, meditation, kundalini Yoga, explore Yoga Tantra, practice Ayurveda meditation, and delve into spirituality. Learning these disciplines in India would truly make my dream come true. I am deeply captivated by the culture, music, and cuisine of India, which fuels my desire to visit. My initial exposure to this rich culture came through the Au pair program, where I cared for children in an Indian family.
I have a passion for playing soccer, engaging in board games, expressing creativity through painting, and capturing moments through photography. Additionally, I possess proficient computer skills, particularly in software development. This journey to India holds a profound interest for me, as I aim to understand and embrace the holistic practice of Yoga, encompassing body, spirit, and soul.
Furthermore, I find joy in playing the guitar and the ukulele, allowing me to express myself musically.
