Description
Hello, my name is Daisy and I am a keen solo traveller from Bristol, England. I am currently packing up my bags in Bristol ready to explore Spain for the foreseeable. About 2 years ago I traveled around Central America doing workaways and attended Spanish School. I loved meeting people from all over the world and being able to learn a new language. I am ready to get my backpack on and explore Spain and the communities within.
In the UK I work with children that are in hospital and outside of work am a keen cyclist, climber and enjoy foraging and cooking seasonal food. I am interested in community living, permaculture, carpentry, farm life and living off-grid and from the land. I am also interested in a language exchange as I would like to practice my Spanish as much as possible! I have recently got into ceramics and love finding and creating things from wild clay! I am a fast learner and able to apply myself to most things. I love projects and I am excited for the opportunities that work away could present for me and the like minded people I am yet to meet! I am a very fast learner and put my all into everything that I am presented with. I enjoy challenges and learning new things. I am capable at using technology and the internet and can confidently use social media and write blog posts. I am a trained Primary School teacher and love working/playing with children! I love being around and caring for animals. I am barista (coffee) trained and have excellent customer service skills. I am a keen gardener and enjoy getting my hands dirty. I also love making things from scratch and am passionate about re-using and up-cycling materials.

In my spare time I like to do yoga, read, eat healthy food, socialise with friends, go wall climbing, go for a bike ride, find a new wild swimming spot or watch van lifers on YouTube. I am a really easy going and relaxed person and am up for trying most things. I enjoy spending time by myself as much as I enjoy spending time with others.
