Professionally I make online games and animations for educational purposes. I am passionate about education and international development and have volunteered in schools and training institutes in different countries. I joined Workaway to find further voluntary teaching positions. I wish to teach ESL/English, but would also be capable and confident in teaching IT skills.

I wish to teach English as a second language. Although I am yet to teach structured English classes, I have tutored students in English, and I have taught other subjects as a volunteer. I am happy to teach students of any age and background. I have recently completed an online TEFL certificate.

I work creating interactive educational websites. My current main website is digitaldialects.com, which features games and activities for learning 80 languages. I have developed web-based materials for diverse school subjects, such as Spelling, Geography, History, and elementary Mathematics.
I worked for six years as an information management professional in the United Kingdom, with contracts at Cambridge University, the National Health Service, and the London Library.
I have a passion for education and enjoy working with children. I wish to pursue a career as an English language teacher for the next few years. I taught Mathematics to 7-10 year-olds in Guatemala and IT skills to hearing-impaired people in London. I have also briefly held casual conversation classes for Tibetan refugees.
I hold an MA in Education and Development and an MSc in Web Information Management.
