  • Description

Who: 23yo male, 5yo male (castrated) husky. Both good listeners and fun to be around. Dog sings and wags tail significantly better than the human.

Why: I enjoy exercising freedom of movement, learning new skills, and getting new perspectives. Also looking forward to a good workout, and not having to worry about showers :)

Philosophy: respect and cooperation is at the heart of a healthy society. Respect has a lot of meanings, e.g. not wasting other people's time, not assuming bad intentions/incompetence, and making life better for others in general.

Career: day job as a software engineer. Turning a few passion projects into businesses. I'm also a pilot, would love to fly with you if there's an airfield nearby.

  • More details about your skills

main skills are to do with software/maths/physics. I understand that's not the kind of help requested here, but I'd be happy to offer it too.

I've never been paid for anything else, but I'm sure I can be of help! I've done:
    - plenty of solo camping (various isolated environments and weather)
    - extensive driving (once 25hrs in 2 days, from Norway to Czechia. Lived in my car for 4 months, traveling around. I'm bringing my own car)
    - international rowing competitions (and won some, it requires strength and dedication)
    - helping various ngos and a festival (managing people, catering, inventory, funds)
    - management of a hackerspace (a community space with plenty of people, inventory, events, and security concerns)
    - gardening (e.g. hydroponically cultivated 15 species in a tiny apartment)
    - house fixes (leaks, structures, paint, electronics. Not feeling very confident about these)
    - animal care (dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens. Mind you, my dog is less comfortable with these)

If you're looking for help with art, I wouldn't overlook the maths aspect. When people recognize me, it's usually because of my procedural art pieces (nothing to do with AI), where I use maths to produce arrangements of pixels that stimulate the heart and mind.

In the unlikely event you're looking for a pilot, I have a PPL(A) SEP/L NVFR EFIS.

I'm fluent in English and Italian, with conversational Romanian, some French, and very basic Slovak.

  • What else ...

I'll bring my 5yo male (castrated) rescue husky, my hatchback car, and most of my own food.

The husky is very friendly, but he had a rough past and might not get along well with all dogs or individuals who try to hug him all the time. There are some gotcha's with him, but you never have to worry as long as I'm around. As a precaution, I always keep him on a leash unless it's a controlled enclosed environment. While he's not super happy about it, he can stay closed in my room or the car most of the time.

The car is a regular diesel car, doesn't need anything other than a parking space. It's got a relatively low profile, I wouldn't risk going through mud or rocky areas. Would be happy to use my car to help you or other travelers.

I have no dietary restrictions, unlike my dog that I ask you to please never feed, he needs prescription food to stay alive and can't have anything else.
