Hello everybody!
We are Hendrick and Corinna, we are from Germany and currently travelling from Germany to South America with a spontaneous stop in Morokko.
We want to try to hitchhike as much as possible at out trip to meet people, protect the environment and see the countries.
Before we started our trip we lived, studied and worked 3 years in Biel, Switzerland. The last summer, we have spend on a goat alp in Switzerland to herd the goats in the mountains, milk them and produce cheese.
Before, I (Hendrick) have studied wood economics and wood technology partly in Germany partly in Switzerland.
I like to work with the material wood, cutting trees, making firewood or building with it and using my hands and my body.
I grew up on an old farm in Germany with 2 brothers one sister, dogs, horses, chickens and cats.
My family is a hunting family so I like to go out for hunting wild boars and deers in the forests of our hunting area.
I, Corinna, studied agriculture, in the masters with regard to organic farming. In Switzerland, I worked at the university in Bern in research. I‘ve done various internships and seasonal jobs in the agriculture field. I like to work outside, but also to cook, read, learn languages and many other things. On the alp, I was responsible for the cheese production, but also worked with the animals.
In the rest of our free time, we like to do sport or go out in the mountains for hiking in the summer or ski touring in the winter.

He picked us up in Trinidad, which is only a couple of minutes from the farm by car and we stayed almost 3 weeks at the farm. He is always interested in other opinions, what's going on in other countries and shows incredible patience in speaking Spanish with workawayers without making them feel stupid!… read more
