I grew up in a small farming town in California, u.s. in an immigrant community. I've been traveling now for over a year through work exchanges & have really enjoyed getting to know local communities & support local projects. I most enjoy learning about sustainability, eco-techniques, and learning about intentional relationship-building through volunteering projects & local culture. I enjoy meeting new people & having deep conversations about life, food, travel, etc. I enjoy reading, especially historical fiction, being in nature, & dancing.

I'm a quick learner, with a background in public health (management, educational workshops, etc.) & education (teaching preschool-university mainly in math). I also have experience in reception, raising chickens, facilitating workshops, & organizing events.
Most of my volunteering has been around eco-tourism or on farms so I have lots of experience around that. I also was an English/Spanish translator in the Amazon so can do translation services. I have classroom experience and love working with kids as well.
