Hi, I'm Cassandra from Germany, 30, and I'm looking for a nice host to stay with in Ireland for Nov/Dec 2024 together with Jens.
I'm currently working for the German government as a project assistant to support sustainable projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. I'll be leaving this position at the end of June 2024 and I don't want to jump straight away into the next job and that's how I found Workaway!
I'd love to support some ecological, sustainable projects but I'd equally enjoy working with children and animals.
I speak German, English and Spanish, and understand a little French and (Brazilian) Portuguese. I'm also currently learning Dutch which I'm in love with (cutest language on earth in my opinion). I'm vegetarian and like to cook vegan/ vegetarian dishes. I try to buy most of my stuff second hand and I enjoy practising yoga.
Even though I have travelled, stayed with host families, studied for a semester abroad in Mexico and done couch surfing, this would be the first workaway experience for me, so I'm very much looking forward to it :)

I'm a fairly good cook when it comes to vegan/ vegetarian meals, I'm used to helpin my parents in their garden and I tutored childern in English, Spanish and German.
Because of my job as a project assistant, I can be very organized and bring structure into chaos.
