I'm 21 and come from Cape Town, South Africa. I've been lucky enough to travel overseas a bit in my life and I love to explore different cultures and landscapes. I am currently a beginner in terms of practical experience with farming and building, but I am always very keen and quick to learn, hardworking, responsible and adaptable. For instance, I joined Girl Guides at a late stage back in high school and quickly learnt the skills required to help out in the raft-building and crafting competitions my troop had entered at the time.
I've trained in Kimura Shukokai karate for 7 years and this has really built my spirit of perseverance.
I'm quite academic - I studied French, maths and statistics for 2 years at the University of Cape Town (I'm currently taking a bit of a break to adventure before I return to that degree) and can write an elegant advert or social media post if needed. I've tutored high school students in a variety of subjects. In terms of languages, English is my mother tongue, but I am fairly fluent in French and Afrikaans too.

I love playing board games, touring, hiking, knitting, birding, listening to music and playing guitar. A conversation and a cup of tea always hits the spot :)
