We have both recently graduated univeristy and are looking for ways to explore the world and gain life skills along the way. We both enjoy being outdoors and exploring new places. Kathryn works at a research centre for honey bees, which she has enjoyed doing over the time of her Ecology degree; Amy is field technician in Archeology and teaches horseback riding lessons on the side. We both have found such peace in nature and enjoying spending as much of our time outside as possible. We both enjoy reading, art, and katie has an eye for street photography while Amy spends much of her spare time at the barn with horses.

We both took French throughout elementary and secondary school. However, since then, we have been unable to practice our French. We would both love to exercise our ability to speak French and hopefully become confident in our abilities to travel around French-speaking countries.

What else ...

Kathryn -
I love to take photographs! I was lucky enough to take a few courses in high school which allowed me to practice these skills. My favourite styles of photography are portrait and street style. I also really love entomology and have travelled to other countries to study insects. I hope to start my Master's degree next year, with a focus on Entomology.

Amy - I recently graduated with a Bachelors in English Literature and Psychology. Ive been fortunate enough to travel to different parts of Canada and Europe during the summer of 2022 and during 2023 was able to visit Cuba. I have immensely enjoyed being able to experience different cultures and languages. When I am not at work, digging up artifacts, I spend my time at the barn. I have been riding horses for 15 years and teaching / sharing my education with others for the past 3.
