Hello ☀️
I’m Beth and I’m currently living in North Yorkshire, UK, with my two and a half year old daughter Ostara. I feel that now is the time to start travelling and exploring with her, and hopefully find a place/area for us to perhaps settle with other like minded families, who are interested in forest and/or homeschooling. Basically giving her amazing wholesome life and experiences.
I am looking for projects/communities with other little beings but where I can also help out as much as possible also. I have a lot of energy give.
I have previously lived in several other international (intentional) communities including India, Spain and Portugal being my last where I helped to create gardens for Boom festival and then moved to a very small village on the west coast for a few years, creating a small holding with huge Horta and rebuilding ruins, making wine and olive oil and learning building techniques using recycled materials, compost toilet etc. We cared for chickens, sheep and dogs.
I would like to learn more through practice about eco-housing types, structural design, organic produce, different eco systems and growing in different climates and soils.
I like to do yoga, meditation, cook experimental veggie recipes, grow vegetables and herbs - Permaculture 💚
I can definitely help with English and would also love to improve my Spanish and Portuguese.
