Hey everybody!

My name is Bekah, I am from Scotland and I am 25years old.

I think I am a very passionate person who gets joy from many many things and I have a lot of interests.

My main interest since I was a child has been horses and horse riding.
For the past 8years specifically natural horse training/rehabilitation. I have spent a lot of time studying this and working in this area. It is something I am very passionate about but in general I love working with horses.

My other hobbies include:

- Karate (I got my black belt last year and train on my travels whenever I can!)
- Music. I LOVE listening to music, lots of different genres and it’s rare that I work without it playing (usually followed by some bad singing..) I played guitar as a child and would love to get back into it at some point too!
- Animals. My boyfriend is a farmer and I love being out on the farm with the animals. I love all animals from livestock to reptiles!
- I also love yoga, cycling, swimming and being outdoors.
- I love cooking/baking and gardening (I would really love to develop these skills and share recipes!)
- My health is important to me and I love growing my own food or enjoying fresh produce.

I would love to learn new things and share what I love!

I am your typical farmer and enjoy anything farming! Cows, sheep, grass management and being outdoors!

I am also big into rugby, (Watching, playing, reading about and talking about!) I have been playing since I was 8 and I am a part of my local team back home and would love to experience local rugby while
I am here!
I am also interested in sports and follow a lot of football and boxing!

Throughout my life I have predominantly worked in outdoor jobs with horses however I also have experience in
Throughout my life I have predominantly worked in outdoor jobs with horses however I also have experience in many other areas.

- Gardening, I have worked in a beautiful pool garden maintaining the property to be rented as a holiday home. Including weeding, planting, pruning and all the other things I can’t name!
- Cleaning, preparing the holiday home for future guests. ‘Changeovers’ including all types of house chores.
- Hotel work including bar work, barista, front of house and being very involved in wedding planning and preparations, conferences and lots more.
- English teaching , I am a qualified English Second language teacher and have 4 years experience teaching children of all ages and adults. Privately and in groups, online and face to face. I am a very patient, enthusiastic and friendly teacher!
- I also have lots of experience working with children due to a language exchange job where I organised evening activities for children on holiday and spent the week being there ‘big sister’ I love working with children of all ages and with my excellent imagination and love of games I excel at this.
- I have also helped my boyfriend over the years on his family farm and although I am still novice, I am confident and a quick learner.
I am happy working in a team and alone. I have lots of management experience, I am efficient and organised and able to work under pressure.

Born into farming, I have lived and breathed it from a young age. I have gathered a large quantity of skills and knowledge with beef cows, dairy cows, sheep, crops and tractor work.

I am confident in all aspects of farm work and enjoy a challenge and overall I love to learn because farming is such a versatile and rewarding industry!

I am also a general handyman, work around farms and properties, maintenance, improvements and repairs.

I have also a background in sales and bar work.

I work equally well alone and in a team, have good initiative and only need to be told something once!
