Hello! My name is Bec and i'm from Italy/UK! I lived in the beautiful Italian Alps until I left home in 2016 to explore as more as possible and especially learn about different ways of living and approaching life. I'm an animal lover, an open minded and friendly traveler, a good listener and sometimes a chatterbox! I don't mind getting my hands dirty and work hard for people that really deserve it!
I'm traveling with my partner Damian, 27 yo also from Italy! He's an experienced traveler that has visited India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and SEA before we met in Malaysia! He's friendly and easy going, definitely a people's person with a big smile on his face at all times! Give him the right tools and he'll fix (almost) everything! He loves to keep himself busy and is always happy to help and learn! He's also a car lover and back at home he works on old vehicles!

Together we have explored more of SEA, traveled 6 months in Vietnam with our own motorbikes, lived in Australia in remote areas, explored Croatia with a 4x4 and a tent and now we finally made it to New Zealand!

I have experince in hospitality that is the main field i have been working in back home in Italy, plus i've helped children with their school work and given adults private English lessons. Since traveling I've also been working in farms (mostly picking or packing fruit), in hospitality and after getting a TESL certificate I started to teach English to children. I've also worked on an educational farm where I was offered the position to help coordinate the events and organize the work of other volunteers.
I have experince working with animals and feel really comfortable around them 😁

What else ...

I'd love to improve my building/landscaping skills and maybe have the opportunity to work on some art projects that can be discussed together! I love manual jobs, like gardening and building things and would love to learn from more experinced people! I like to walk around small towns looking for pretty vintage doors and staircases and balconies full of flowers. I love hiking, playing frisbee, beeing around animals and always ready for a board game night!
