  • Description

👋Hello, my name is Audrey, I'm 28 years old. 👋

Committed to social and environmental justice and trained as a child animator, during my civic service, I also had the opportunity to assist workshops (on permaculture, open-source and reproducible seeds) to people with disabilities, the elderly, and those in prison. Today, I aspire to develop that part of me that deeply loves human relationships, non-humans, and the Earth.

Indeed, one of my life dreams would be to create or work in a vegan therapeutic sanctuary with a radical, positive and systemic approach to the world's major environmental and social issues. Non-human "equally assisted" therapy, art therapy, land-based therapy, craft therapy... In short, a place where the resilience of life prevails. I'm still figuring out what role I could play in such a system, and that's why:
    - I've decided to go on a trip with Nokia, my furry life mate to discover vegan sanctuaries, therapeutic farm, commnities and other inspiring initiatives in order to learn about their operating methods, funding, approaches, skills, etc. while being able to help as much as I can and meet people who share my values
    - I've applied to resume distance learning in philosophy/sociology starting mid-September 2025, alongside my trip (to introduce me to a more theoretical approach to the humanities). I will have to spend a bit of time studying on my computer :)

✨Spirituality✨ I'm getting into this yoga routine, especially for my back issues but I also love to slow down and reconnect with that part of me. Few years ago, I did this 3 weeks meditation retreat and it apparently wasn't the moment where I would implement it in my everyday life. I'm seeking to find more balance and that's still in process :)

That is a bit of my intro. If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact me !

I wish you a sweet day.
    Audrey 💐

How can I be helping you?

    1/ Caring for animals 🐶
Having always grown up with non-humans/NH (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, etc.), I have a deep respect for them. I rode horses for over 12 years, and although I stopped riding for antispecist reasons, I enjoy caring for horses on foot.
In March 2023, I welcomed Nokia in my life. She changed my way of seeing dogs. I love to dive into ethology and behavioural resources (book, videos, discussions) as I find it a very good tool to be able to understand dogs / other NH. I recently discovered intuitive communication, and use it as an incredible tool for deepening our human/NH relationships.

2/ Caring for children elderly and people with limited capacity 🤲
I've worked several times with children (summer camps, extra-curricular activities, workshops) aged between 5 and 17, and I've also run workshops with people with disabilities and the elderly. Gentle, sincere and understanding, if I know it can sometimes be complicated, I've often found myself nourished by these moments.

    3/ Permaculture 🌱
I'm still a novice, but I had the opportunity to help on permaculture projects for two weeks in Spain, three weeks in Laos, and to work in a permaculture association specializing in free and reproducible seeds for eight months.

    4/ Housework and cooking 🐮
I am very clean, organized and respectful. I am used to living within communities and adapting to new environnements fast. I have been a strict vegan for a few years in 2017, now have a 90% vegan diet (in my everyday life) and enjoy cooking. I would very much enjoy sharing recipes, especially this one soft tofu chocolate - peanut cake I love !

    5/ Craft work 🔨
As for the craft work, I have recently converted my car into a tiny van called Coquille ("Shell" in French) and I've learned so much while doing it ! I love crafting wood. I'm still a beginner but a fast learner. Well... fast fast if we don't talk about electricity (that one is haaaaard for my brain to understand though, haha).

    6/ Learning languages 🗣️
I LOVE languages. It has been a while since I haven't learned a new one. I started German a few months ago through an app. I now stopped but I truly want to be able to practice my basis. For now, I speak French (mother tongue), English (fluent) and Spanish (used to be fluent, a bit rusty now). So if you want to practice too, I'll be happy to be your buddy :)
